- Non-Refundable: Due to the personal care nature of our hair growth oil, we do not offer refunds. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped.
- Exchanges: We can only process exchanges if the package arrives damaged or broken. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the issue.

- Condition for Exchange: The product must be in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for an exchange.
